Built-In Startek FM220U-L1 Fingerprint Scanner

One of the major features of the Vriddhi L1 is its integrated Startek FM220U-L1 fingerprint scanner.

The L1 biometric scanner is designed for supported Aadhaar authentication and eKYC applications. BluPrints’ official documentation identifies the FM220U-L1 as the biometric component used in the Vriddhi L1.

This makes the device useful for applications where the operator needs to perform biometric authentication and print a transaction receipt from the same portable unit.

Bluetooth Wireless Fingerprint Scanner and Thermal Printer

The BluPrints Vriddhi L1 Bluetooth functionality allows the device to connect with compatible smart devices.

Bluetooth connectivity can be useful for mobile and field applications where the operator needs to work with an Android smartphone or other supported device.

The printer can also be connected through USB where required.

This dual-connectivity design gives operators greater flexibility when deploying the device in different environments.

BluPrints Vriddhi L1 Thermal Printer

The integrated thermal printer uses 58 mm thermal paper rolls and supports fast receipt printing.

The published product specifications state a print speed of up to 80 mm/sec.

The printer can be used for supported applications requiring:

Other supported thermal-printing requirements

The combination of biometric authentication and receipt printing makes the Vriddhi L1 useful for mobile transaction environments.

BluPrints Vriddhi L1 for CSP and BC Points

The Vriddhi L1 can be useful for Bank CSP and BC Point operators who need both biometric authentication and receipt printing.

Instead of carrying a separate fingerprint scanner and thermal printer, the operator can use one integrated device.

This can help reduce the number of accessories required at a customer service point and is particularly useful for mobile or field-based banking operations.

The exact bank or CSP application compatibility should always be confirmed with the respective bank, BC provider or software provider before purchase.

BluPrints Vriddhi L1 for eKYC

The L1 fingerprint scanner integrated into Vriddhi L1 is designed for supported biometric eKYC applications.

An operator can use the fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication while the built-in thermal printer can produce a receipt or acknowledgement where supported by the application.
